About
Dr. Lisa Chan-flagg
Dr. Lisa Chan-Flagg is passionate about implementing innovative digital solutions that help improve the lives of dentists and patients alike. After receiving her DDS degree from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, she has been practicing for over 30 years, both in her own private practice as well as hospital dentistry at Kaiser Permanente. She is also a consultant for the California State Dental Board, and is an active member of the ADA, CDA, and WLADS societies.
Dr. Chan also has extensive entrepreneurial experience working at the interface of medicine and novel digital solutions. She is the co-founder and CEO of MedAssent DDS, a digital dentistry startup that helps dentists practice faster, safer, and smarter by connecting them to their patients’ crucial medical information at the point of care.
Outside of work, Dr. Chan-Flagg serves on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations and universities.
